- 4 / 5By Catrin LewisQuick service, staff are nice for the most part I've only had one bad encounter with McDonald's and that was when i was served maple syrup with some pancakes i ordered. The syrup was foamy around the edges and when i took it to the customer service till to raise the awareness to a member of staff. Where one of the members of staff dipped his finger in to it and said it tastes fine and then expected me to eat it. However i have not let this bad experience cloud the overall good service and niceness of the other staff that work there.September 27, 2016
