  I WOULDNT GIVE THEM A ONE STAR BUT HAD TO IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE REVIEW!
  Disgraceful, we ordered 3 sandwiches, two brownies and a salad. Were told delivery at 1pm. (OK really late since we ordered at 10:30AM!) But you expect it to arrive around 1 o'clock. At 1 o'clock we were still waiting for the order, at quarter past one, still waiting for the order. They rung us at 20 past one and asked if we still wanted the order - strangely enough yes we wanted to eat today.......The 'Delivery driver' Mark then rings at 20 past to confirm one of the sandwiches WHICH STILL HADNT EVEN BEEN MADE! We ask for a discount due to the fact that it took 3 hours to make 3 sandwiches - great rate there! The 'Manager' Mandy then called back and said that no discount was available. Ok no problem, provide us with the food we ordered THREE HOURS AGO and we just wont order again. Her excellent customer service then continued when she advised that she wouldn't be providing this order.
  In summary - don't bother ordering food for a delivery unless you know what you want to eat next week!!!!
  Definitely will not be ordering nor visiting La Baguette du Jour every again. Not a loss really as they sandwiches are just fillings from the local cash and carry.
